He posted a video of himself on his personal Instagram page to reveal the details of the crisis, saying: “Saudi Arabia amazes us every day with the facilities it provides to Muslims in the service of this great religion, and I am fortunate to have performed Umrah, and praise be to God, I performed Umrah and participated in these facilities and saw them with my own eyes.” He continued, confirming that what happened was just a misunderstanding, saying: “On my way to Medina, it happened that there were procedures that I did not know about and had no knowledge of, experience or awareness of, and here a misunderstanding may have occurred and people translated it incorrectly, but I would like to clarify to you, I apologize for this thing.. I am united with you only by love, appreciation and love forever, no matter what disagreement happens.” The crisis began with the artist Abdullah Balkhair posting a video that angered the Saudis after he was prevented from entering the Noble Sanctuary, saying in the video: “May God bless you with good evening, we have reached this point after this effort and the loved ones refused to let us in.
