Here in St. Martin, a tunnel was built that was to be used for communications technology during the Cold War. The then plant manager and construction manager, who also acted as bunker guide, told the true story of the construction of this facility in front of the visitors' entrance. Vacationers and some visitors who lived nearby were part of the tour. Warm clothing and a flashlight are required when entering the tunnel, which is entered at your own risk.
