On January 5, 2020, Andrey Pavlenko passed away. "A Man's Life. The Last Interview" is his last public conversation. The story of an ideal doctor and an ideal patient. In March 2018, one of the best surgical oncologists in the country, Andrey Pavlenko, learned that he had an aggressive form of stomach cancer. As an oncologist, Andrey understood that he would most likely die, but he decided to get treatment and launch a public media project in Russia about how to accept a diagnosis and fight cancer, what to do and where to look for help. In November 2019, Andrey gave his last interview to the "A Man's Life" project team. This film is a kind of testament to Andrey. A message to everyone who followed his fate, cancer patients, their relatives, and doctors.
