As a designer, she has long dreamed of becoming self-employed with a product that she stands behind 100 percent. That's why she designed a collection of sustainable cycling clothing and founded a label together with cycling buddy Norbert. They have also opened a shop with a café lounge, which they want to turn into a central cyclist meeting place in the Taunus. A lot of commitment and creativity are now required. Workshops, social rides and training offers are intended to attract cycling enthusiasts. At the big cycling race on May 1st, they will present themselves to the general public for the first time, and as sponsors of the Oberursel Bike Marathon, they also want to win over the mountain bike community. The international Eurobike trade fair in Frankfurt will be a real test. There is a lot at stake: If they do not manage to successfully launch their label this year, then Kati's idea will probably remain just a cycling dream.
