Transfer the dough to a large bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise in the fridge for at least 10-12 hours (overnight). Preheat the oven to 250°C/U. Grease a baking tray and line it with baking paper. Take the dough out of the fridge, lightly flour the surface, use a tablespoon to cut 12 portions of dough, place on the prepared baking tray, bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes (250°C/U) until crispy, allow to cool and serve fresh.
