Recipe: Sauteed squid with mushrooms and parsley 600 g - squid cut into rings 500 g - fresh Paris mushrooms 5 cloves of minced garlic 1 dl - extra virgin olive oil qb traditional sea salt 1 dl - lemon juice qb chopped parsley qb chopped chives qb chilli chopped fresh In a frying pan, heat the olive oil well. Add the squid and cook them over high heat so that they caramelize and do not become rubbery. Add the garlic, mushrooms and chopped chili pepper. Let the mushrooms cook and then add the lemon juice.
