Student protests have affected all university cities. The blockades have also involved social sciences, natural sciences, and technical faculties. What happens when students rise up? Newsnight guests were Dr. Boris Begović, retired professor of the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade, and Goran Roglić, dean of the Faculty of Chemistry. Croatian students also stood by Serbian students. The Cultural Studies Initiative called on students in Rijeka to come out on Friday to the plateau of the Faculty of Philosophy to express solidarity and support their colleagues from Serbia who are blocking the faculties.
