Fridtjof Nansen is known for various exceptional achievements, related to, among others, humanitarian aid and diplomacy. He also received the Nobel Prize - although it must be admitted that what attracts the most attention in his biography - are two groundbreaking Arctic expeditions. Today we will immerse ourselves in the first of them - and it will of course be an adventure full of dangers.
