My father has been working for the same company for 12 years. He wasn’t happy with his first position. Finally, last summer, he got the promotion he had been waiting for years. He booked a room at a nice resort to celebrate. We hadn’t had a seaside vacation for a long time. We were so happy when we learned about my father’s surprise.
