Morocco is no longer Europe, you can find everything from the desert to the high mountains, but it is still a peaceful and safe place. If anywhere, this is where you should start exploring Africa. Since dirt roads, trails, and tracks play an important role on this tour, it was advisable not to go alone. Attila Jeli from Jeli Motors became my travel companion. He is the best off-road instructor in the country, I learned what I know from him myself, so I couldn't have found a better motorcyclist than him for this trip.
