A recipe that only seems difficult, but is easy to make and is perfect for entertaining friends, family and even for a romantic evening or wine night. Ingredients: Brie puff pastry 60g honey or 4 tablespoons 50g Nuts (I used cashews, almonds, hazelnuts and peanuts) 20g sugar or 1 heaping tablespoon 5g butter or 1/2 level dessert spoon 1 tablespoon of water AND enough butter to grease the pan. This starter serves 2 people. I spent 15 minutes baking the brie in puff pastry at 200•C, but this may vary depending on your oven.
