Our life is a grand narrative, in which we are both authors and characters. There are happy and colorful lines in our biography, but there are also dark and difficult chapters to get through. We all want a happy ending, but how can we find meaning in a world where there is hunger, war, genocide and so many tragedies? After leaving everything behind to travel around the world in search of self-knowledge, write a book and face four suicides in his family, André Baldo shares with the world how to find meaning in the face of the worst absurdities and use the art of storytelling to become the author of one's own destiny. André Baldo is a writer, philosopher and psychotherapist with a degree in analytical psychology and positive psychology (PUC-RS). After an existential crisis, André decided to abandon everything to travel around the world in search of self-knowledge, studying great positive leaders such as Nelson Mandela and Mahatma Gandhi in person and going on retreats with the Dalai Lama himself and other great masters. In addition to his wealth of knowledge from dozens of cultures and spiritual traditions and fantastic adventures around the globe, André carries a strong history of personal challenges, having faced a heavy history of four suicides in his family. Transforming pain into motivation, André currently dedicates himself to working in the area of mental health, through courses, lectures and consultations in analytical psychology.
