The 21st Cracovia Marathon was my main running goal for this year. This race had been on my mind for a few months, and I slowly started preparing in January. It was the first race I took more seriously. First of all, I made sure to regenerate, including enough sleep, proper supplementation, and a variety of training (running mixed with strengthening, plus yoga and cycling).
