A manuscript from the Russian-Ottoman war of 1877-78 about the siege of Pleven was saved by a living participant in the war. The "Dokova and Dokov for the Future" Foundation donated all funds to the "Cultural Revolution" Foundation for the purchase of a very valuable manuscript of a participant in the Russo-Ottoman (Turkish) War 1877/78. The notes are entitled "EASTERN WAR 1877-78", written by Lt. Kvitkin. They were bought from Russia through England. The notes give full information about the siege of Pleven and the military events during the Russo-Ottoman/Turkish war in Bulgaria from the first person! The document contains 154 pages of manuscript in Russian, bound in period hardcovers. It is published for the first time on the platform "www.svobodniarhivi.com" for free access in original and with translation. Thanks to the support of the "Dokova and Dokov for the Future" foundation, Bulgaria today possesses another found part of our historical truth lost over the years. The truth that will make all Bulgarians free and above all - to be human and patriots! Long live Bulgaria.
