The magical autumn on Vučija mountain... is not very easy to climb, but once you're up there, it's a paradise for cycling. Wide undulating pastures, conifer groves with a few beech trees that turn red now in autumn, a thick layer of grass on which the wheels go like a carpet... And then up at the top, you find an oasis to refresh yourself, a restaurant near Milorad and Božica, a cicvar, a mez, Homemade cheese from Vučija mountain, cold beer and brandy... We arrived in Đukarići above Kneževo by car. My wish was to visit the deserted village of Duniće again and see if anyone lives there now. From there we went down to Šiprage, then climbed to Vučija via Gelić. Otherwise, it is not very easy to get there by regular car, you have to go through Teslić, then to Blatnica, and then climb up the mountain. A shorter alternative route is via Šiprag, but either by jeep or directly by bicycle. BUT, you stick exclusively to roads and beaten paths - there was a line of fire in the last war and some parts of the mountain were mined. So - just off the beaten path...
