During this time, mix the starch with 2 tablespoons of water. Add the mixed starch to the mixing bowl, thicken for 2 minutes/100°C/reverse/speed 1, transfer to a bowl and leave to cool, removing the star anise. During this time, rinse the mixing bowl. Insert the mixer attachment. Put the cream and vanilla sugar in the mixing bowl and beat until stiff without setting the time/speed 3. Remove the mixer attachment. Add the quark and 15 g sugar and mix for 10 seconds/speed 4. Crumble the cookies, spread them in a baking dish, pour the cream over them and cover with the cooled plum compote. If you like, you can roast a few flaked almonds in a pan and sprinkle them on top. Put the dessert in the fridge for a while and then enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
