Meatabo SPA 1200 dust extractor. Workshop arrangement. I got tired of swallowing dust when working with wood and decided to make a dust removal system in my workshop. After watching a bunch of videos, I decided to get off easy - a Metabo construction vacuum cleaner was bought. I made a small separator (a cyclone for a workshop) for sawdust from a 60-liter barrel. While using a vacuum cleaner with a barrel, it turned out that a simple vacuum cleaner is not enough for a table circular saw and a planer. Of course, I was choking on the toad, but I still overcame it: I ordered a Metabo SPA 1200 dust extractor (article - 601205000). And I do not regret it one bit. My workshop is not only a workshop, but also a storage for all sorts of junk (not only for me, as I understand it). Woodworking involves a lot of dust, and dust, after working with wood, clogs everything and everyone. It is not very pleasant to wipe the dust every month. The carpentry workshop turns into a dust-covered plain :) I have been thinking about dust removal (aspiration) in the workshop for a long time. I think I will finally resolve this issue this year. I liked the chip extractor because due to the passage of a large volume of air, it very well removes chips from the power tool where there is the most dust, sawdust and shavings: a circular saw, a planer, a router. I did not like two things about it: 1. This is a crosspiece at the entrance to the centrifugal fan - in this place the pipe constantly gets clogged with shavings from the planer. 2. The bag mount at the bottom, it is very hemorrhoidal, I will have to improvise something to make it easier to clean the bag. In all other respects, it is a very good cyclone filter for the workshop. I recommend it. -------------------- Our VK group: https://vk.com/hibaravitgala Our facebook group: / rukinekryki ------------------------- Search engine optimization: overview carpentry tools chip removal in the workshop assembly DIY workshop #metabo #chip removal #workshop
