We launch ourselves into infinity from the heights and depths to which a musical conversation-audition will take us, led by Alejandro Posada, musician and orchestra conductor, and Jorge Zuluaga, astrophysicist. What would be heard in infinity? With these and other sound explorations and a conversation from science, the Planetarium and Explora will celebrate the International Day of PI (π). Guests: Alejandro Posada Associate Conductor of the Medellín Philharmonic Orchestra and the Castilla y León Symphony Orchestra, becoming the first Colombian to be named principal conductor of a European orchestra. He was Principal Conductor of the Sarajevo Philharmonic and Chamber Orchestra, the Baden City Orchestra (Austria) and the National Symphony Orchestra of Colombia. He has had under his baton the Vienna Mozart orchestra, the Belgrade Symphony, the Lower Austria Symphony, among others. Jorge Zuluaga PhD in astrophysics, director and founder of the first undergraduate degree in astronomy in Colombia, at the University of Antioquia. Due to his outstanding career, the International Astronomical Union named an asteroid after him in 2014. He is the founder of the Antioquia Astronomy Society and a prominent disseminator and promoter of astronomy communities in the city.
