This recipe comes from a reinterpretation of the famous Mozzarella in carrozza and brings to the table with taste and creativity a delicious Vitellone in carrozza. The proposal comes from Maria Grazia Cucinotta, who prepared it with certified Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale PGI meat during one of the episodes that saw us as protagonists of her program "L'ingrediente perfetto" on La7.
