In 1970, work began on comprehensively modernizing the vehicle. Among other things, the entire body was revised, and the power of the eight-cylinder JaMZ-238 diesel engine was increased by 10 hp to 225 hp (165 kW). Another noticeable difference is that the tires on the front and rear axles were made wider to improve grip. The transmission can also be switched under load, which is a significant advantage:[1] The wear on the clutch and fuel consumption can be reduced by the powershift device, while the area performance on uneven terrain increases.[2] The capacity of the two fuel tanks was increased to 320 liters each compared to the K-700. The shape of the tank behind the driver's cab changed, but not the location of its attachment.[3] The series production of the K-700A began in 1975 after five years of planning and development and lasted until 2002, although the vehicle was only intended to be a temporary solution in the development of the Kirovets K-701. Together with the K-701 with a twelve-cylinder engine, around 350,000 units were produced, of which around 9,500 were exported.[3] The GDR imported the K-700A (as well as the K-700 and the K-701), and around 3,000 units went to the agricultural production cooperatives from 1976 onwards.[1][4] The Kirovets tractors are also colloquially called Kasimir.[5] The first generation of the Kirowez K-703, built from 1979 onwards, is based on the K-700A. #diesel #big #turbo #k700 #new #oldtimer #video #history #power #top #show #tractor #kirowez #landwirtschaft #best #action #nature #germany #technology #green #landscape #bavaria #style #international #technical #views #bauernhof #live #panorama #special # #agriculture #best #movie #free #follow #by #benz #de #liga #youtube #channel #more #videos #real #4k #viralshorts #viral #foryou #farming #usa #workout #view
