Typhoon No. 10 is moving slowly and bringing stormy weather to Kyushu. It made landfall with great force near Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture, at around 8:00 a.m. on August 29th. It has since been moving slowly north across Kyushu, still carrying a storm area.
