Few breeds are so loved and hated. This is a truly universal breed of cows, a world heritage. Today we will talk about the Simmental breed of cows. Simmental cows give slightly less milk than black-and-white or Holstein-Friesian cows. However, they fully justify themselves with minimal costs for their maintenance and care.
