The death toll continues to rise. At least 158 people (including 155 in the Valencia region) have died after historic floods in Spain, according to a new provisional report from the country's emergency services on Thursday, October 31. The vast majority of victims are in the Valencia region, but the neighboring region of Castile-La Mancha and Andalusia have also been affected. This is the highest death toll since the floods that killed 300 people in October 1973. -- http://www.franceinfo.fr Twitter : / franceinfo Facebook : / franceinfo Instagram : / franceinfo
