Seyyit works as a doorman in an apartment building with his family. Seyyit rushes around all day to meet the needs of the residents. During this rush, he learns the secrets of the residents of the apartment building and uses them for his own benefit. Seyyit, who was on good terms with the former apartment manager Fehmi, is put in a difficult situation when retired Colonel Zafer is chosen instead of Fehmi. In the meantime, a couple who come to the apartment as tenants aim to rob the old and rich Übeyit. The thieves, who need the key to the house, decide to deceive Seyyit in order to do this job.
