The film deals in a satirical comedic manner with a mixture of problems in Arab societies such as the issue of education, the problems of university students, the election game, and trading in the livelihoods of the simple. The central character is Marjan Ahmed Marjan, a very successful businessman who has relationships with many important figures, but he suffers from an internal deficiency due to not completing his education, which is the only thing that cannot be hidden or bought with his wealth and influence. However, his children convince him of the necessity of studying, and after a period of refusal, he agrees and joins the same university where the children study, and there begins a new phase of his life because he deals with the university and education with the logic of a businessman keen on achieving profits and making deals. When Marjan enters the university, he is not an isolated student, but rather engages in many activities. He starts investment projects with the university administration as a professional businessman, and his influence extends to all student centers. He is the head of the acting team and the head of the football team, and he establishes strong relationships with all students, whether liberal or extremist. The film deals with the issue of running for parliamentary elections, as Marjan seeks to run for parliament to obtain immunity as a businessman who has transgressions and interests that he is keen to protect. He is competing in the elections with a beautiful, cultured university professor who has a prominent community activity and is loved by his children who support her against him in the elections, but in the end he succeeds.
