This film is about a big, seriously growing problem - the sick job stress. We get to meet some people in different professions and with different backgrounds who describe how it happened when the job finally made them sick. We will also hear researchers describe what is known today in this area. We can all be part of the solution and prevent ill health from occurring in our workplaces. Therefore, the Swedish Work Environment Agency, in consultation with the labor market partners, has drawn up the regulations on organizational and social work environment (AFS 2015:4). https://www.av.se/arbetsmiljoarbete-o...
