Today I finally bring you the recipe for the carrot and walnut cake that I have been making for a long time, because it is the best recipe I have ever tried and I am sure you will love it. It is so fluffy and soft that you want to eat the whole thing ???????? In addition, it can be made in less than 2 hours and is easy to prepare. I have used 3 layer cake moulds of 15 cm in diameter to make the cakes, but you can use just 1 mould and cut the layers (although it will take much longer to bake), or use a 20 cm diameter mould and make only two layers.
