Recipe: To prepare the Borodinskaya tincture, you will need the following ingredients: Pearl barley - 50 g Coriander - 12 g Caraway - 10 g Base (alcohol 45-50%) - 3 l Honey or sugar - to taste Sort out the pearl barley and roast it in a dry frying pan. Remove half of the grains when they are slightly browned. Roast the other half until it has a coffee hue, but do not overcook it to avoid an unpleasant smell and bitterness. Pour the roasted pearl barley and spices into the container and pour in the alcohol. Infuse the mixture in a tightly closed jar in a dark place for 2-3 weeks, shaking it every few days. After the time has elapsed, strain the infusion, try it and add honey or sugar to taste. For a more pronounced aroma, you can add a handful of Borodinsky bread croutons a week before the end of the infusion. Pour the finished drink into bottles and put it in a cool place for 2-3 days for the taste to finally stabilize. #AltaiDistiller, #Tincture, #Recipe, #BorodinskayaTincture, #AlcoholicDrinks, #CookingAtHome, #HomeDrinks, #RecipeFromSubscriber, #Alcohol, #Drinks, #Cooking, #DIY, #CraftCocktails
