I created this simple cozonac with walnuts and rahat to help those who are beginners in the kitchen. It is a huge cozonac with a fluffy core, which opens into sheets (pales, strips), with enough creamy filling of walnuts, rahat, raisins, candied orange peel. You will see how easy it is to work the dough and how to make a scalded walnut cream with milk. I decided to make a single huge cozonac, baked in a large shape, to enjoy as much soft and tasty core as possible! It is balanced and very successful from all points of view. It is not wrong if you make 2 smaller cozonacs, baked in narrower shapes (dividing the dough and filling into 4).
