New controversy from the art critic on the use of masks. Fico takes him back. He: «He's a fascist» Polemical show by Vittorio Sgarbi in the Chamber of Deputies. The deputy took the floor during the commemoration of Jole Santelli and moved the mask during his speech, placing it only on his nose. President Fico called him back, at which point the art critic protested: «I can't speak». «This does not exempt you from respecting the rules» replied Fico. After a moment's hesitation Sgarbi attacked: «You are a fascist». «Honorable - Fico immediately replied - you cannot insult the presidency». Then, seeing the buzz rising from the benches, Fico added referring to the commemoration of Santelli: «Let's not ruin this moment». An appeal that was welcomed by everyone including Sgarbi who concluded his speech. Sgarbi was subsequently expelled by Vice President Maria Edera Spadoni, after being repeatedly called to wear a mask. In a heated phase of the debate, in fact, Sgarbi was shouting without wearing a mask. As soon as President Spadoni expelled Sgarbi, the session was suspended. The art critic refused to leave the Chamber, and the Lega deputies came down into the building and shielded him, creating a crowd in the center of the hemicycle, sparking protests from the majority. To enforce the expulsion order, the ushers were then called, but they first had to pass in contact with the deputies in the center and then had to pick up Sgarbi. The art critic then commented on Twitter: "I have been expelled from the Montecitorio Chamber again. I'm doing it to keep the ushers trained. I'll be back." (Ansa - CorriereTv).
