We visited the Glenfinnan Viaduct, one of the most famous attractions in Scotland and where the train from the Harry Potter film (train to Hogwarts) and the Outlander series appear. See what it's like to travel in the Scottish Highlands by car! ✈️ See the complete tips for the JACOBITE TRAIN AND GLENFINNAN VIADUCT https://apureguria.com/europa/escocia... The train journey is 135 km and leaves from Arisaig station, the westernmost station in Scotland. On the way you will see lakes, rivers, mountains and beaches until you reach Mallaig near Glenfinnan. The train also passes through Fort William, the largest city in the region, located near the highest mountain in the United Kingdom, Ben Nevis. Then you pass the Glenfinnan Viaduct, an 18th-century construction with 21 arches that overlooks Loch Shiel and the Jacobite Monument. The final stop would be Mallaig, a fishing village founded in 1840 that has become a port with several ferries to Skye and the Small Isles.
