TRIBUNTANGERANG.COM, TANGERANG- Former Secretary of BUMN, Said Didu fulfilled the police summons, after being reported by the Head of APDESI Tangerang Regency, Maksota, after criticizing the National Strategic Project (PSN) PIK-2, on Tuesday (11/19/2024). It is known that Said Didu was reported to the Tangerang Police with the number: 361/VII/YAN. 2.4.1/2024/SPKT regarding alleged violations of Article 28 paragraph 2 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE). Based on monitoring at the location, Said Didu was seen coming to the Tangerang Police at around 11.06 WIB. He, who was seen wearing blue batik, was accompanied by the former Chairman of the KPK, Abraham Samad. Before being questioned, Said Didu was seen greeting the media crew.
