Costco Recommended Items! 5 Ways to Use Hangjeongsal! #CostcoRecommendation #Hangjeongsal #HangjeongsalRecipe [My own recipe - No refunds????] 1️⃣Fried Hangjeongsal & Cucumber and Pepper Sauce [Sauce] Cucumber - Half (120g) 1 Cheongyang pepper 1 Green pepper 1 Garlic 1 Water - 20g Lime juice 30g Fish sauce - 15g Sugar 25g 1) Finely grind the sauce ingredients above and prepare 2) Season the Hangjeongsal with salt and pepper 3) Coat with starch powder and fry twice 2️⃣Boiled Hangjeongsal & Fried Shrimp Paste 1) When the water boils, steam 400g of Hangjeongsal for 25 minutes, turn off the heat and leave for 5 minutes 2) Lightly wash the shrimp paste in running water 3) Press with a kitchen towel to remove moisture so that the shrimp do not break up *Make sure to remove moisture well as it may splatter! 4) Deep-fry in oil, then place on a paper towel to absorb the oil 5) Stir-fried pork belly + chives + shrimp paste and yum yum 3️⃣ Stir-fried pork belly with soybean paste and cabbage 1) Lightly soak a handful of mung bean noodles in water 2) Boil in boiling water for 1 minute, rinse with cold water and place in a colander 3) Add 7g of sugar, 45g of miso, 2g of fish sauce, and 1t of minced garlic to 200g of pork belly and mix 5) Stir-fry in an oiled pan until golden brown 6) Add 4 cabbage leaves and 1/4 onion and stir-fry together 7) Once they are somewhat wilted, add 50g of water and the noodles 8) Stir-fry until the moisture evaporates and you're done! 9) Add chopped Cheongyang pepper for even more flavor! 4️⃣ Hangjeongsal Kimchi Rice 1) Wash 2 cups of rice and soak for 30 minutes 2) Cut 200g of Hangjeongsal into cubes and stir-fry with kimchi 3) Add rice and water and boil until thick (rice: water = 1: 0.8 ratio) 4) Once it starts to boil, cover, reduce to the lowest heat, and cook for 12 minutes 5) Add green onions and cut into strips and place the grilled Hangjeongsal on top of the rice pot 6) Cover again and steam for 5 minutes 7) Eat with soy sauce seasoning 5️⃣ Hangjeongsal Salpicao [Garlic Rice] 1) Stir-fry 2T of minced garlic and sugar over low heat 2) Stir-fry 1.5 bowls of rice and a piece of butter over medium heat 3) Season with salt and pepper [Salpicao] 1) Add 1T of soy sauce to 200g of Hangjeongsal, 2) Add 0.5T of minced garlic and 0.5T of sugar and mix well. 2) Add a generous amount of oil and stir-fry the garlic. 3) Add the seasoned meat, minced onion, and shiitake mushrooms. 4) Stir-fry while adding 1T of oyster sauce. 5) Add 1t of soy sauce (optional). 6) Serve with onion flakes.
