There is no running water, sewerage or heating, and electricity appeared only in the 2000s. Incredibly beautiful mountain landscapes are littered with garbage. Miners settle in metal boxes without windows or doors, while the temperature does not rise above 10 degrees. Why do they even live there? The answer is illegal gold mining.
