Tijana has left life in the big city behind and decided to renovate the dilapidated family mill. The young mother comes from a Serbian miller family that has been running an old mill for four generations. Tijana's mother was skeptical at first: she had wanted a secure job with a good salary for her daughter because the mill had recently brought the family little income. But with the knowledge of her 92-year-old grandfather and clever marketing via social media, Tijana has managed to realize her business idea. She is convinced: "What we really are, what we carry with us, who we are. That is tradition for me." Ivan taught himself to blacksmith. As a teenager, the Croatian dreamed of the profession in his grandfather's workshop, but initially decided on a career as a seafarer. After a crisis of meaning, he finally gave up his training as a ship's captain and taught himself the old craft. But his grandmother still has doubts: "I've been hammering all my life and nothing has come of it. How are you ever going to make money with your blacksmithing business?"
