Ingredients and quantities for approx. 4 - 5 people: 1.5 kg pork neck 3 kg medium-sized onions (meat to onion ratio 1:2) 8 cloves of garlic 1 chili pepper 300 ml red wine 60 ml balsamic vinegar 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Juice of 1/2 lemon 4 - 5 tbsp sugar Ingredients for the spice mixture: 4 - 5 tbsp paprika (sweet) 1/2 tbsp caraway (crushed in a mortar) 2 tsp salt 1 tbsp black, ground pepper some chili as needed
