"Talk - because talking about mental illness is the first step to preventing suicide," Kavka explains the title. His guests face the difficult topic and report openly about their own crises and strategies for dealing with them. For example, actress Nova Meierhenrich talks about her father's suicide and rapper Prinz Pi reveals that his children are the best antidepressant for him.
