Now the whole episode: In this episode of Railway Romance we portray a locomotive legend - the Swiss locomotive Re 4/4 II. The Swiss cross on the front, one of the most famous locomotives in Switzerland. The first locomotives of this type were put on the tracks in 1964. 20 years later, almost 300 of them were rolling through the Swiss Confederation - the largest series of locomotives ever purchased by the Swiss Federal Railways.
