Divorce intact is a documentary containing experience and expert information, which discusses the divorce crisis from the perspective of men. The focus of the video is the crisis experiences of divorced men and the different feelings associated with it, as well as the spiritual growth that took place after the breakup through the strengthening of resilience. The video is intended to serve as peer support for those in a divorce crisis. The purpose is also to emphasize the importance of peer support and to lower the threshold for men to apply for help. The video also wanted to create hope and perspectives of possibilities in the divorce crisis. The purpose of the video is to break the stereotype and expand the narrow model of being a man. The video was produced as a thesis of the sociology students of Diakonia University of Applied Sciences. The partner of the video was Miessakit ry, which is a non-profit association that supports the overall well-being of men.
