Madinaty villas are also considered one of the most luxurious residential areas in the entire Arab Republic of Egypt, due to their picturesque natural scenery in addition to security factors, maintenance, and others. The team also carefully selected all the elements, including the foundation, finishing, furniture, and color coordination according to the taste of the villa owners. The team, led by Engineer Rasha Fikry, overcame many difficulties to make the villa distinguished by its modern architectural design, and we will list some of them in this article. The reception area is divided into three areas: 1. Living room. 2. Dining room. 3. Salon. Living room: Make sure to choose the right place to put the TV so that all family members can see it, whether they are in the living room or the salon. Engineer Rasha also explained the necessity of having the living room and salon in one place to facilitate their connection to each other in the event of an increase in the number of family members. Dining room: Engineer Rasha also indicated the necessity of the proximity of the dining and kitchen areas to each other to facilitate access to food on the table. • Floors: The team chose Italian marble for the floors and installed it so that the veins are connected to each other, taking into account choosing the appropriate colors for the place. • Gypsum board and ceiling: The ceiling has soft lighting in addition to the presence of air conditioning that distributes air appropriately to the reception area. A golden chandelier was also hung to give the place an attractive touch as an accessory. • Furniture pieces in the reception: First: The dining area: The chairs were chosen from white marble with a number of chairs suitable for family members, taking into account the compatibility of the color of the dining chair upholstery fabric with the rest of the reception colors, in addition to the presence of a buffet to store tools that serve the dining room. As for the carpet, it should be somewhat suitable for the size of the dining room, in addition to placing a mirror as a type of simple decoration. Second: The living room area: It is a special area for receiving guests. This room may contain a sofa and two armchairs with gilded stainless steel legs to give a lot of sophistication to the place. The work team also placed a table in the middle to give an aesthetic touch with the presence of a piece of carpet suitable for the size of the living room. Third: Living area: This area contains a large sofa facing the TV to watch it freely, two armchairs, a table made of white marble similar to a dining table, in addition to a carpet of a very suitable size for the sitting area, where the TV was hung on a wall with HPL covering so that its colors are consistent with the colors of the marble, and it also contains special drawers for storage. • Curtains: The reception area contains a large part of the curtains due to the presence of three windows in the place, so it is better to cover the entire walls so that they are comfortable to look at, and the material of the curtains is velvet and its colors and shades are beige to suit the details of the furniture, and the curtains consist of three layers: blackout, light layer, and heavy layer. Engineer Rasha Fikry was keen to use blackout because it is an insulator from the sun, light and dust, while the light layer allows daylight to enter, and finally the heavy layer controls the degree of lighting entering from outside. Garden area: The reception has two doors overlooking the garden, where these cameras are connected to the internal screens in the villa. Area under the stairs: Guest room with its bathroom: This room contains a 14 cm bed with 2 chests of drawers due to its small area. The room also includes a window overlooking the front of the villa, where there is a small cupboard about 1.20 cm to put the room's needs inside. Boot area: The boot may be shaped like a cupboard from floor to ceiling with many shelves to suit all family members. As for the guest bathroom, its wall and floor may be
