In January 2023, our team visited Niš. A month later, we released a feature film about Niš gastronomy and restaurants. After that wonderful adventure, one year later, we arrive in Pirot, for many one of the strongest and most important Serbian gastronomic destinations. Our series begins with the story of the famous inn and tavern Ladna Voda, which has officially existed since 1948 and is located in the courtyard of Ponišavlja. This tavern is also a cultural monument of exceptional importance that is under state protection. The facility is decorated in an ethnic style, and it is also recognizable by the fact that it offers old Pirot specialties.
