Litbang Kompas released the latest survey results on the electability of the candidate pairs for governor and deputy governor of Jakarta. The Obrolan Newsroom program today, Tuesday (4/11/2024), specifically reviews the results of the Litbang Kompas survey regarding the candidate pairs Ridwan Kamil-Suswono; Dharma Pongrekun-Kun Whardana and Pramono Anung-Rano Karno. So, how big is the percentage difference between the three pairs in terms of electability? Then, what factors will be the key to victory for each candidate pair? Meanwhile, this survey through face-to-face interviews was conducted by Litbang Kompas from 20 - 25 October 2024. A total of 800 respondents were randomly selected using a multilevel systematic sampling method in Jakarta Province. Using this method, at a 95 percent confidence level, the research margin of error is +/- 3.46 percent under simple random sampling conditions. However, errors outside of sample selection are possible. The survey was fully funded by Kompas Daily (PT. Kompas Media Nusantara).
