The survey results show that two candidate pairs, Andika Perkasa - Hendrar Prihadi, and Ahmad Luthfi - Taj Yasin are competing tightly to gain electability. The Litbang Kompas survey, which was conducted from 15 to 20 October 2024, targeted a thousand randomly selected respondents. Three weeks before the implementation of the Simultaneous Regional Elections on 27 November 2024, the electability of the two candidate pairs is competing tightly. So, what causes the electability of the two candidate pairs to compete tightly? Do the supporting political parties, as well as the Jokowi and Prabowo factors influence Central Java residents to choose their leader candidates?
