Partu Noor Program No. 867. We humans constantly deal with sadness in life. We have loved ones whom we are attached to, and when we lose them, we experience sadness in their separation and loss (death of loved ones, breaking of friendship and affection, shortage of livelihood, severe and incurable diseases). It's as if existence has a burning nature and only in short and fleeting moments, happiness and comfort happen to a person. Not only the pleasures of life are decaying, but everything and everyone is decaying. We are all on the road to decay and nothingness. The mystics call this perishability and disappearance the experience of nothingness. There are two main views of the reality of nonexistence and decay of existence among sages and mystics: nihilist view and religious-mystical view. In our own culture, Khayyam is the spokesperson of the nihilistic view and Rumi is the spokesperson of the religious-mystical view of nothingness. In this program, we will explain the views of Khayyam and Molana Piramom on the experience of nothingness. #Maulana #Khayyam #Irfan
