On November 17th, due to improvement work at Oimachi Station (platform widening), service was suspended between Kamata and Shinagawa stations from the first train until around 4:30 p.m., and northbound trains were operated between Ofuna and Kamata, and southbound trains were operated between Shinagawa and Omiya.
