The specialty of the chocolate factory is that they hardly use any flavorings, they try to solve everything with natural ingredients. There are also a lot of challenges from the production side, because the machine lines had to be made suitable for manufacturing methods as well. I visited the cream kitchen, this is where the fillings are made, when I was here it was made with truffles. I visited the chocolate preparation room, where only Belgian chocolate is used as a raw material, and of course I visited both levels of the factory.
