I slept in the Cosmopolitan hotel in the center of Prague. Zdenek Pohlreich's Next Door restaurant is part of the hotel. I pay extra for a better room, but upon arrival I get an even better category. Although there is a fancy restaurant several floors below me, I order a Vietnamese baguette. Why? We will go for a meal at a luxury bakery and together we will walk around Pařížská and look at its history. Oh, and I should probably get some new glasses.
