How to make Brie cheese at home with homogenized and pasteurized cow's milk, a type of milk that is more easily accessible to me than the raw milk traditionally used to make Brie. The recipe includes all the steps to make the cheese and mature it, including some mistakes to avoid. The packaging of the cheese was made in a second video so as not to lengthen this one. Ingredients: 8 liters of whole milk 1 cup (240 ml) of 35% cream 3/8 tsp. Mesophilic Aroma B 1/16 tsp. Penicillium Candidum 1/64 tsp. Geotrichum Candidum 1/2 tsp. Chloride Calcium in 1/4 cup non-chlorinated water 1/4 tsp. Rennet* in 1/4 cup non-chlorinated water 4 tsp. non-iodized salt *Renet does not always have the same strength.
