What are the best exercises to develop your upper chest? Most content on the internet doesn't really focus on this specific question. Most bodybuilding programs take a rather general approach: doing a wide range of exercises in the hope of developing the entire muscle. But does it really work? Let's take the upper chest, for example. It plays a key role in the aesthetics of your chest, giving relief to your muscles and defining your pecs, especially under a t-shirt. But to work it optimally, do you really have to exhaust yourself with hours of training and a multitude of exercises? In this video, I'm going to share with you some specific exercises that, when done correctly, can transform your upper pecs without requiring hours of training.
