I'm telling the story of my journey from a newbie to an art director/lead in 1 year, adding some conclusions. In 2018, I worked as a graphic designer and designed several websites in Photoshop for the company's advertising needs. In 2019, I decided to become a web designer. Since 2019, I immediately got a job as a lead, although in fact I was a newbie (I needed to meet the requirements of the HO-1 visa). In a year of such leaps above my head, I grew very quickly and in 2020 became a full-fledged art director/lead.
